Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the acer-leather.co.uk website match as closely as possible those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

Product specifications are checked to the best of our ability and, whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter product specifications without notice.

Acer-leather.co.uk accepts no liability for any loss or injury caused to individuals, property, possessions or third parties by the breakage (accidental, deliberate or otherwise) or miss-use or manufacturing or design fault of any product supplied by us.

If we sell out of a product or are unable to supply you with a product you have purchased, we will offer you alternative products or provide a full refund.  We shall not be liable for any compensation claims for any breach of contract or any consequential losses or inconvenience you may have incurred.

Prices

All prices include UK VAT at the current rate, where and when applicable.

All prices, invoices, transactions and receipts will be in £ sterling. The website offers customers the opportunity to view prices in other currencies purely for illustrative purposes, based on estimated exchange rates.

We regularly compare our prices and we pride ourselves on offering the lowest prices on the internet. If you find an identical product (make, model, colour, size) that is in stock elsewhere in the UK and ready for immediate despatch, please let us know.

We do not guarantee to price match every single product because, from time to time, some retailers may clear out stock at a significant loss but, most of the time, we will match the price plus give you 10% off the difference by way of a thankyou when you place an order with us.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and debit cards on-line using our secure server or by telephone including Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Electron and Delta. We do not accept American Express, Diners Club or PayPal.

Bank Transfer. This method may be required if your credit or debit card fails our security checks. Please request our bank details when placing your order.

All credit and debit card transactions must be authorised by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us or if validation of your card is not immediately available, acer-leather.co.uk will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order.

The goods will be despatched once your funds that have been paid to Acer Leather Ltd have been accepted

Force Majeure

Acer-leather.co.uk will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, please telephone to discuss your issue as in most cases a quick chat can resolve the issue. If further information is required, we may ask you to provide details by e-mail or in writing.

Promotions & Codes

From time to time we may send you a gift voucher or promotional code via e-mail. These promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, gift, voucher or code which we may send you. Delivery

Your order will be sent to you by courier. International orders will be sent to you by Royal Mail International Signed for Airmail. All items will be dispatched on the working day (Monday to Friday) following our receipt of your order

Returns Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from acer-leather.co.uk.
We aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item for any reason simply return the goods for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be received within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. Returned items must be received within 28 days of purchase to qualify for a credit note.

Returns items received after 28 days of purchase will not be refundable and will not be credited.

At Christmas, returns received before 14th January will qualify for a refund, or before 21st January for a credit note, providing the purchase was made after 1st November. Returns received on or after 21st January will not qualify for a credit note or a refund. All new items must be returned unused, in re-saleable new condition and with all labels and packaging intact and undamaged. Refunds exclude delivery costs unless we sent you the wrong goods, item was found to be faulty or not what you ordered. Exchanges are subject to a delivery charge. All refunds will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.  Please note it may take up to a week for the money to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. If this card has expired, been lost or stolen we will offer a credit note. We are unable to provide refunds for items you despatched but which are not received by us or for items which are returned without any means for us to identify who sent the items.

If a returned item is lost in transit, you will need to make a claim against the carrier.

If your goods or packaging arrive damaged, please make sure you notify the delivery company when you sign for receipt of the goods. Unless this is done, transit damage can not be claimed.
