We aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item for any reason simply return the goods for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be received within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. Returned items must be received within 28 days of purchase to qualify for a credit note. Returns items received after 28 days of purchase will not be refundable and will not be credited.
At Christmas, returns received before 14th January will qualify for a refund, or before 21st January for a credit note, providing the purchase was made after 1st November. Returns received on or after 21st January will not qualify for a credit note or a refund. All items must be returned unused, in re-saleable new condition and with all labels and packaging intact and undamaged. Refunds exclude delivery costs unless we sent you the wrong goods, item was found to be faulty or not what you ordered. Exchanges are subject to a delivery charge. All refunds will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please note it may take up to a week for the money to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. If this card has expired, been lost or stolen we will offer a credit note. We are unable to provide refunds for items you despatched but which are not received by us or for items which are returned without any means for us to identify who sent the items.
If a returned item is lost in transit, you will need to make a claim against the carrier. If your goods or packaging arrive damaged, please make sure you notify the delivery company when you sign for receipt of the goods. Unless this is done, transit damage can not be claimed.Returns procedure:
If you wish to return an item please email us with your order reference number and we will send you returns form with the return address, the form must be completed and enclosed in the parcel. For your security we suggest that you post your item using a Recorded Delivery Service. If you are posting form outside the UK then please specify on the customs declaration that this is a CUSTOMER RETURN.
